Yes. nattüra tabs contain the same active cleaning agents and fluoride levels (1450ppm) as leading tube toothpastes. The tab format simply removes the water — which makes conventional toothpaste 70% of its volume — so you get the same clean in a more concentrated, sustainable form.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the "building blocks" of proteins. You've probably seen them in premium skincare, used to rebuild and hydrate the skin barrier. We brought this same biotechnology to oral care. In nattüra, γ-PGA peptides form an invisible, hydrating shield over your enamel that locks in fluoride and repels stains all day.

Not even slightly! While our γ-PGA peptides are naturally derived from fermented soybeans, the extract is completely purified. We leave the taste and texture behind — all you experience is our crisp, refreshing Wild Mint flavour.

Pop one tab in your mouth, chew to break it down, then brush as normal with a wet toothbrush. Watch the foam develop. It takes about two seconds to get used to — after that it feels completely natural.

nattüra contains 1450ppm sodium fluoride — the standard recommended by the British Dental Association for adults. The same concentration found in conventional toothpastes. We haven't compromised on the science to chase a "natural" label.
